Modifier Fox Macro?

[:1]Would this be the best way to do fox steady shots on the move without a time loss for double clicking? Or is there something I am missing?
(ie use modifier once then go back to regular casting un modified casting until move is over and then do a ctrl cast, I would of course have back to hawk options for insti casts)
