I found this myself yesterday, after testing it several times. I was frankly annoyed, so I submitted a ticket.
It was actually answered today, and the GM said that in the Advanced Combat Log, it does say that only one (Per Hunter) can be active at any given time, and that it was not a bug- but truly intentional.
I didn't ask why (as a GM is just a messenger, not a Developer), but it seems that it is supposed to be this way now.
....I was stupid, and did not take a Screenshot, but the GM assured me that it IS intentional.
.....let's hope the Devs change their minds.
