I see top rated hunters using it and other not having any spellpen. What's the consensus? I've been at 220 but sure would like to replace with agi and crit on the cloak. Please and thank you in advance.
190-220 Spell Pen for PvP. Yes.
I'm at 220, I can't imagine any hunter who understands their class not having the same.
